abstract = {This contribution presents a dual channel speech enhancement system that is operating in the frequency domain. State-of-the-art estimators usually rely on the assumption that the noise signal is stationary or only slightly time-varying. In this contribution we are explicitly considering rapidly time-varying harmonic noise (e.g., engine noise). Therefore we take a spot microphone into account enabling the exploitation of correlation between the main and the spot microphone signals. Our recently proposed noise power spectral density (PSD) estimator for rapidly varing harmonic and random noise [3] is modified and combined with a coherence based noise PSD estimator. The performance of the proposed system provides consistently improved performance.},
