1. Reason and data collecting entity
The personal data is collected and processed to facilitate the organization and execution of the conference "Elektronische Sprachsignalverarbeitung 2019".

2. Data processing
The personal data is used to create the invoice over the conference fee and to organize the conference (name tags etc.).
3. Voluntariness and revocation
Agreeing to the processing of the personal data is voluntary and can be revoked any time.
You can also demand the deletion of any and all personal data already collected.
In case of revocation or deletion of personal data, a participation in the conference cannot be guaranteed.
4. Data transfer
Unless it is required by law or you have explicitly agreed to a specific case, your data is not transferred to any third party.
5. Storage time
Your data is stored until at least the duration of the conference and at most until one year after the end of the conference.
6. Right of information
I am aware of my right to request information on the contents and possible receivers of collected data related to me.
I am entitled to a response to my request within one month after the initial request.
7. Regulating data privacy authority
I am aware of my right to contact the responsible data privacy regulating authority.
8. Audiovisual recordings and photography
Photographic and audiovisual recordings will be made during the conference. The recordings will show individual or groups of attendees who are not the central focus of the picture. Members of the media, the TU Dresden and the event's partners are allowed to publish these recordings to inform the public. In particular, the publication on www.essv.de and in printed media (brochures and press releases, presentations). Every attending person has the right to object to the recording of their image or sound for reasons resulting from their specific situation. The objection is to be made to the person who is making the recordings.
